• Served as Executive Advisor & Interim Chief Financial Officer for AFEXA Life Sciences, manufacturers, and distributors of COLD-FX based in Edmonton Alberta. His previous roles included as Managing Director, Canada at SunGard Data Management, President & CEO/CFO for Soliton Inc., CFO/Vice President Finance of Qnetix Inc., Vice President Finance at Omega Digital Data, and EVP Finance/Chief Operating Officer of Coro Canada. He has served as Board member and Advisor to Audit Committee for venture funded, private and public companies.
