Re-organized the finance Controllership team, and worked with my counterparts in Europe and Asia to standardize processes and gain efficiencies in areas such as inventory management, intercompany processing, and financial close. Co-led a project to re-design the budget process to a top down approach involving fewer team members across the globe, resulting in a reduction in hours to complete of over 5,000.
Project lead for a number of projects resulting in millions of dollars of savings including China contract manufacturing, Singapore Spare Parts distribution transition to Canada, new financial system implementation in Mexico and new ERP evaluation and design for Finance.
