Mr. Keaney has served in the insurance and banking industry for 25 years. As the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for one of Canada’s largest banking insurance groups, he oversaw all aspects of the risk management, corporate governance, financial, reporting and regulatory requirements for the bank. As the Chief Financial Officer in Canada for one of the largest travel insurance and assistance company in the world (Allianz Global Assistance), he effectively enhanced business performance to record levels and worked with regulators for new reinsurance licenses.
